Q: How long will it take to do the job?

A: With our high tech systems we are able to quickly clean your carpets 1 1/2 hrs and 2 1/2 depending on the size of job.

Q: How long does it take to dry?

A: Typically between 4-8 hours depending on the situation. Industry standard is 6-12 hrs.

Q: Are your cleaning solutions Safe?

A: Our cleaning solutions are non-toxic and safe for both your kids and your pets.

Q: What furniture do you move?

A: Loveseats, couches, dining tables side to side. To keep the prices affordable for you we ask that our customers move all the small items before we come over and if they want any really heavy items cleaned underneath to move those as well.

Q: Will your prices change?

A: When you call for an estimate we ask a series of questions which will help detmine any conditions which may involve an extra charge.

Q: Do Fabric Protectors really work?

A: Yes. Fabric protectors effectively resist some resoiling and the majority of stains from penetrating into the carpet. When dirt is brought into your home it has to go somewhere regardless of the fiber protector you may use.

Q: How do you treat pet odor?

A: First we flush out the crystalized urine salts using a urine stain remover. Next we treat the spot with an instant disenfectant that kills the odor causing bacteria, neutralize the odor and re-clean the area.. I have personally sucessfully cleaned over 1200 homes with pet stain and odor problems.

Q: How do you get out the tough stains that other cleaners dont get out?

A: With the use of either carpet oxidizing agents or reducing agents applied with heat I can safely remove/dissapear most stains that other carpet cleaners shake thier heads at and call "a set in stain". These stains include blood, yellow dye in urine, wax stains, koolaid, and more.

Q: Is that your daughter in the picture of the van?

A: Unfortuantely not. She is adorable though isn't she! Ysella is our friend Emily's daughter. My wife and I are thinking about having kids right now. We do have a dog and two cats.
