For Occupied homes our pricing is per area.
An area equals a bedroom, diningroom, living room, hallway over 6 feet long, or family room.
If there are only a few square feet of carpet to be cleaned in a room we adjust the price accordingly as makes sense. A room over 15*15 feet can be considered two areas.
The first 3 areas = $130
Each additional area = $36
A full set of stairs = $36
Half set = $18
For Vacant homes our pricing is per square foot.
The easiest way to guestimate your cost for square footage is to follow this thought process:
What is the total square footage of your home/apartment?
What percentage of the home/apartment do you think is carpeted?
Multiply the percentage times the total square footage to get the approximate amount of carpet to be cleaned.
Now Multiply the total carpet to be cleaned by .27
This is a good guess as to the cost to have your carpets cleaned.
Our Vacant Carpet Cleaning Rate is between .27 psf and .30 psf.
